乙方承诺提供给甲方的简历信息、身份信息(身份证、户口本)、学历证书、资格证书、执业证书(若有)等证件资料真实、有效并未加任何隐瞒, 已具有的专业知识、实务经验、相关资格至少达到甲方聘用其从事职位的最基本要求, 上述任一住址、联系电话、户口所在地、常用邮箱作为乙方接收甲方所有信息的合法、有效住址、联系电话, 一经变更乙方应及时书面通知甲方, 否则甲方发送到上述任一住址或者联系电话的任何信息均视为合法、有效地送达乙方, 无论乙方是否签收或者接收; 并在与甲方签约时与任何第三方不存在聘用、劳动、劳务关系; 同时, 乙方已经完全了解在甲方处的工作内容、工作条件、工作地点、职业危害、安全生产状况、劳动报酬以及乙方要求了解的其他情况同声传译报价。
Party B commits that the information provided to Part A including personal resume, identity information (ID card, household registry book), education certificate, qualification certificate, practice certificate (if any) are all authentic and valid without any concealment, and professional expertise, practical experience and related qualification that Party B possesses at least meet most basic requirements of the post offered by Party A. Any of the above mentioned address, telephone No., registered permanent residence, regular email address serves as the legitimate and valid address and telephone No. for the purpose of receiving all information from Party A, in case of any change made to the address and telephone NO., and prompt written notice shall be given duly to Party A. Otherwise any information sent by Party A to any of the above mentioned address or telephone No. shall be considered as legitimately and properly arrived at Party B, irrespective as to whether Party B has signed and acknowledged reception or received personally. Furthermore, no employment, labor or work relationship between Party B and any third party in the moment Party A and Party B sign this contract. Meanwhile, Party B has fully understood work content, work condition, work place, occupational hazards, safety production conditions, remuneration and other conditions required by Party B.
现根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》和有关法律、法规,甲乙双方经平等自愿、协商一致签订本合同,共同遵守本合同所列条款。
Presently upon equality and negotiation as well as by Party A and Party B’s own accord and in accordance with Labor law of PRC and Contract law of PRC as well as related law and regulations, both parties agreed to sign this contract and promised to abide by the clauses stipulated herein.
1．1本合同为下述 (A固定期限/B无固定期限/C以完成一定工作任务为期限)的劳动合同;
A 本合同为固定期限劳动合同, 有效期限为 两 年, 自 年 月 日起至 年 月 日止。
1．2乙方必须遵守甲方安排的业务培训及考试安排, 按时参加各项培训及考试;
为加强培训管理, 使接受培训的员工更好地为公司创效益, 公司制定 《专项培训协议书》, 凡参加专业技术培训的员工, 在接受培训前应与公司签订协议 上海日语翻译。

1.2 Party B must comply with the arrangements for professional training and examination from Party A and attend duly various trainings and examinations. For the purpose of enhancing training management and encouraging training-receiving staff to procure benefit for the Company, the Company has formulated “Specific training agreement” and requires all staff participating in professional technical training to sign the said agreement with the Company prior to reception of training.
