经甲方对乙方提出的产品代理申请进行考察,同意接收乙方为甲方的产品代理商。自本协议签字之日起,乙方在其负责的地区范围内,有权直接或通过中介机构将甲方产品安全销售给最终用户,并时刻为用户提供全面满意的服务,从而促进甲方区域销售工作的顺利开展,以实现双方的共同发展。双方本着理解、合作、诚信、双赢的原则,达成以下协议如下上海翻译公司

Party A agrees to accept Party B as the agent of Party A’s products after Party A reviews product agency applications proposed by Party B. Party B shall have rights to sell Party A’s products directly or via intermediary agencies to end-users safely within the region in the charge of Party B and provide complete and satisfactory services for users at any moment in a bid to promote smooth development of marketing in the area of Party A and realize common development of both parties. Based on the principle of understanding, cooperation, honesty and win-win, both parties reach in the agreement hereof as follows:

乙方需在本协议代理期内,实现销售甲方10吨以上重型压路机30台以上。上述销售的实现以双方实际签订购销合同并且开具销售发票并发货的台数和经乙方介绍用户通过融资渠道销售成功的台数之总和为准上海翻译公司;

Party B is required to sell more than 30 sets of Party A’s heavy roller of more than 10 tons during the agency period specified in the agreement hereof. The aforesaid sales performance shall be subject to total of the number of delivered machines with sales contracts signed by both parties and sales invoices and the number of machines sold in financing channels successfully via users introduced by Party B;
