丙方应按期完成模具开发。丙方在到期后未能交付, 则应按甲方已付款项的每日5‰向甲方计付违约金。如丙方在本合同签订后两个月内未能完成本合同项下的模具开发, 则应退还甲方支付的全部费用, 并承担由此给甲方造成的全部经济损失上海翻译。

 Party C shall complete the development of the dies under this Contract as scheduled. Where failing to deliver the dies under this Contract as scheduled, Party C shall pay penalty equal to 5‰ of the payable money one day to Party A. Where failing to develop the dies under this Contract within two months as of the day when this Contract is entered into, Party C shall return Party A all fees Party A pays and bear all economic losses as incurred herefrom to Party A.

三方一致认可丙方依据本合同开发的模具的所有权归甲方所有。模具开发成功后, 由丙方根据乙方需求使用该模具生产产品。在此期间, 该模具由丙方保管和进行定期的维护。乙方停止向丙方订货后, 丙方应及时将该模具交还给甲方或甲方书面指定的其他人。由于保管不善和没有及时维护致使该模具毁损、灭失的, 丙方应当承担赔偿责任并偿付甲方因此而造成的损失上海陪同口译。

All parties commonly agree that the proprietary of the dies developed under this Contract belongs to Party A. After the dies under this Contract are developed successfully, Party C shall, as per the demand of Party B, use these dies to produce the products as agreed herein. Due the production, these dies shall be kept and regularly maintained by Party C. After Party B stops ordering from Party C, the later shall in time return the dies under this Contract to Party A or other persons specified by Party A. In the case where the dies under this Contract are not well kept and maintained in time and thus damaged, destroyed, Party C shall bear compensation responsibility and compensate Party A for the losses as incurred herefrom.
